The Export Representative will play a key role in keeping global operations running smoothly. This position coordinates international shipments, manages export documentation, and ensures orders reach customers accurately and on time.
 
What You’ll do:   
  • Coordinate daily international aftermarket shipments and prepare pro forma invoices
  • Manage export documentation and maintain organized shipment records
  • Track orders and provide customers with timely shipping updates
  • Handle inventory transfers between Provisur locations
  • Prepare freight quotations and assist with freight claims
  • Collaborate with teams across departments and provide backup support when needed

What You’ll Need:
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with some formal training in a related field
  • Minimum of two years' experience in a related field, with knowledge of products and familiarity with export requirements
  • Flexible to assist with weekend shipments as required
  • Strong professional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Quick to adapt to changing priorities and open to taking on additional responsibilities
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage routine tasks independently, seeking guidance when needed
  • Experience with ERP systems; PeopleSoft experience is preferred
  • Spanish language skills are a plus

Pay Range: The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full-time employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location, and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, and certifications

$65,000 - $70,000 per year. This position is eligible for a bonus incentive plan, based on company and/or individual performance.
